Who we are
WhenToGo (whentogo.top) is operated by Individual entrepreneur (FOP) — details to be confirmed. Contact: whentogotop@gmail.com. These terms govern the purchase of a dated weather report on this website.
What you buy
A dated report is a document of historical statistics for the calendar dates and the place you selected, built from the last ten years of measured weather. It is not a weather forecast and not a promise about future conditions. The free city pages remain free; payment applies only to the dated report.
Price and payment
The price of one report is shown on the checkout screen before payment and includes VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; we never see or store your card details.
Immediate delivery and the right of withdrawal
The report is built before payment and delivered immediately after it. By ticking the box at checkout you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by EU consumer law for digital content.
Refunds
Because the report is delivered in full immediately after payment, refunds are not provided. If a technical fault on our side prevents you from receiving the report you paid for, write to us and we will either deliver it or refund the payment.
Access to your report
Your report is available at a private link for 30 days from purchase. Save the PDF to keep the report permanently. All your purchases are listed at whentogo.top/my/ after you enter the email used at checkout.
Language of the report
The report language is chosen at checkout. A report is issued in one language only and is not re-issued in another language.
Data sources
Reports are built on third-party historical data: airport weather stations (via the Iowa Environmental Mesonet archive), the ERA5 reanalysis produced by the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) / ECMWF, used under CC-BY 4.0 — neither the European Commission nor ECMWF is responsible for any use of this data — the GeoNames registry (CC-BY 4.0), earthquake catalogues of the U.S. Geological Survey, and Copernicus DEM / SRTM elevation models. Rights to the underlying data remain with their owners; our processing, statistics and wording are ours. Current list: whentogo.top/sources/.
Frozen reports
A report is fixed at its generation date and is not updated afterwards. A report generated later for the same place and dates may differ, because the ten-year window slides and archives are revised. The generation date is printed in every report.
No warranty, no liability for decisions
Reports are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a report, nor for related losses or expenses, including travel plans and bookings. Actual weather on your dates can differ from any historical pattern.
Fair use
Reports are for personal use. Bulk automated ordering, resale or republishing of reports as a dataset is not permitted.
