What we collect
When you buy a report: the email you give us for delivery, the city, dates and language of the report, the amount paid and the payment provider's transaction id. On every visit that generates a page or a report: the IP address, the country reported by our network provider, the browser string, and what was generated. We do not use analytics cookies and do not build visitor profiles.
Why we need it
To deliver the report you paid for and let you find it later; to keep accounting records of sales; to protect the service from automated abuse and to see which cities fail or are missing.
Payment data
Card details are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. We never receive, see or store card numbers.
How long we keep it
Order records — as long as accounting rules require. Technical journal entries with IP addresses — up to 90 days. Report files — at least the 30 days we promise; you can ask us to delete yours earlier.
Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data. The payment provider processes the transaction; the email provider delivers our letters. Nothing else leaves our server.
